teleSURF will retain copies and return all documents. Finally, as billing is via the Internet, teleSURF will send an email to your given address for you to reply in order to verify the basis for our communication with you.
Monthly bills and all client information bulletins are sent to you via email. As Adobe Reader is required to open some of our communications with you, please download this via the link given if not already available.
The billing month starts on 29th calendar day and continues through to the 28th day of the following month. Your teleSURF service is pre-paid, for which the monthly invoice is sent out to you by email on the 30th of the preceding month for payment within the following 7 days. This can be made via MobiTel's account with most Cambodian banks or directly to the cashier at the MobiTel Headoffice, 33 Preah Sihanouk Blvd. in Phnom Penh.
